Seasonal Color
An annual plant is a plant that usually germinates, flowers, and dies in one year whereas a perennial is one that lives for more than two years. A combination of annuals and perennials will ensure a bounty of seasonal color.
Warm season annuals are installed during the spring and are able to withstand the hot summers. Some of the common warm season annuals include Begonias, Petunias, and Joseph's Coat. The cool season annuals are installed during the fall and they can handle the frost. Some of the common cool season annuals include Pansies, Mums, Kale, and Cabbage. Cool season annuals are not affected negatively by frost.
We can help you decide when and where to put some astounding seasonal color.
